How likely is it that you would recommend INDESIGN...?
This is a bit funny 😄
when I start INDESIGN this morning it shows me the screen "How likely is it that you would recommend INDESIGN..." and then it froze the image on the screen and I had to force close indesign.

Never seen this myself, nor seen it reported here. What version of InDesign are you running?

I've had that happen too. Very funny. Also, I send these all the time with the same result. If I ever received a response/solution, I think my head might explode.

Thanks for joining the conversation!
Could you please share the version of InDesign and details of your operating system? Additionally, it would be helpful to know:
1. When this issue started occurring for you.
2. At what point InDesign crashes (e.g., immediately after launching, while working, etc.).
From the provided screenshot, it seems like InDesign is crashing. I noticed that the email address field in the crash report dialog appears to be empty. To help us investigate further, please ensure that you:
- Enter a short description of the crash in the crash report dialog.
- Add your email address in the specified field before submitting the report.
This will allow the team to review the report and follow up if additional details are needed.

Let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance!

Applications and software and even OS tend to freeze up from time to time - it has 0 impact on if I would recommend them or not.
I would recommend InDesign or any other software that I use regularly.
I've started my new MacBook with M3 processor 32gb RAM and it freezes up, need to reboot, need to reset password because it doesn't recognise my password, then it locks up for 5 minutes, then input password again, locked out for 10 minutes, then an hour - then I need to get a Passkey to get in the backdoor because it can't remember my password.
Would I recommend, Mac - I think I'll go back on my previous statement - I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
But I'd recommend InDesign because it's a requirement and industry standard.
