Adobe Capture CC - Converting inspiration to Digital Assets
Some of life’s most delightful moments happen away from your desk: when you’re taking a break from work, on a destination vacation or simply taking a walk in your neighborhood. But what do you do when you find something out in the wild that could influence your work?
Enter Adobe Capture, a mobile app that lets you take those fleeting moments of inspiration and turn them into concrete digital assets to use on your favorite Adobe desktop apps (ID/PS/AI). Capture lets you turn images into vector Shapes, Patterns, Brushes, 3D Materials, Color palettes, and Type.
Download the app now and start capturing your inspirations and convert them to digital assets.

I love Capture! I just taught 2nd - 4th graders how to use it. They were amazed and they loved it. So much that they captured the colors and patterns in their clothes and the classroom for 20 minutes.

I also love Capture CC. I've used it to capture type and pick a Typekit font to match something I captured so I could use it in InDesign CC. I've also used it picking colors which can be saved in a CC library. It's one of the best mobile apps Adobe has produced.
And if you use other CC apps, patterns and brushes can be used in Illustrator CC or Photoshop CC.

I used to love this app, but now I have nothing but problems with it. I use it mainly for the awesome patterns that I get that I can use on my products in Zazzle. However, the past couple of days I have not been able to save any of the patterns to my phone, and I'm not able to delete any of the patterns that I've already saved out of my library. I'm also no longer able to email any of the patterns to myself. Whenever I try to delete a pattern, it will disappear like it's gone, but then patterns starts up again and the pattern that I saw that was deleted is back. Whenever I try to create a share link, it always tells me failed to share. I'm also unable to open up a piece any of the patterns in the app. I was also having problems with it shutting down on me all the time. I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstall, but that didn't help the problem. As a matter of fact, I had almost 1,000 patterns made, and when I reinstalled the app I found that nearly half of them had disappeared! Anyhow, I came to this forum to try to find answers, but haven't found a so far. I'll have to keep searching.
