Hi all.
I am wanting to trigger an animation with a button but the animation does not appear in the button animation drop down box.
The only thing I can think of is that the button is within an object state.
Is there something wrong or is not possible to do this?
Many thanks
Nigel
It is because the button is in an object state, but you can try to trick it. Here's what to do:
1. Create a very small empty text frame.
2. Create the button and add the actions you need.
3. Anchor the button to the text frame.
4. Add the text frame to the object state.
I haven't tested this recently but it worked when I needed it in a fixed layout EPUB. I don't know if it will still work but it's worth trying.
