Can't see the position of comments in the Text in InDesign (anymore)

Hello I have the following problem:
I can see the review comments in InDesign, but their position in the text is no longer shown to me. The problem concerns only text deletions and text makings. The pin works without problems.

Also, when I open the review in the browser (Safari and Chrome), I have the problem that I don't see the comment position in the text. The people who are enabled for the review, on the other hand, see everything normally.

What could be the reason? Restart, reinstall, ... I have tried everything.

Do you have an idea?

Sorry about this trouble. We have recently released an update for InDesign 2021 (v 16.2.1) which contains some stability fixes. Please update InDesign to v16.2.1 to get this fixed. In case you are still facing this issue, please try the suggestions shared on this help article.
