Cannot customize page options while printing as a PostScript file / Windows 10

I'm trying to print a booklet as a PostScript file but the options to customize pages are disabled whenever I select it as an option. What's happening? This used to work.

Use the InDesign PDF presets.

Why are you doing this?

Export a proper PDF and use the booklet feature in Acrobat to print it. If this is a requirement from a printer, find a new one.
