Cannot find other Marks types except Default.

There should be 3 options including J type in the red box, but there is only Default. Since it occured after I changed langauge, I thought it might be just a simple error. So I deleted all adobe files and programs on my computer and redownloaded it many times though this error repeated. I want to know what I can do to solve this problem.

On OSX the cropmarks .mrk files are located in Application Support:

/user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/PrintSpt

and

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/PrintSpt

Not sure what the Windows equivalents are.
