Character alternates contextual menu not showing

I have the following checkbox checked:

Preferences > Advanced Type > Type Contextual Controls > Show for Character Alternates, Fractions, Ordinals and Ligatures.

Yet, when I select a chracter that has alternates, the contextual menu is not showing up.

I have reset my preferences by removing ~/Library/Prefernces/Adobe InDesign, ~/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign & ~/Library/Caches/com.adobe.InDesign.

Still not showing 😞

How do I fix that?

InDesign 15.0.2 with Hebrew support

MacOS 10.15.4

Is the thick blue line showing up under the selected text? And it's worth noting that not all fonts have alternates. Are there specific alternates you're looking for visible in the Glyphs panel with the same typeface selected on the bottom row?

What font are you using and what alternates are you looking for?

I switched to the English (International) version.

It started working.

I swithced back to the English with Hebrew Support version.

It stopped working again.

I think it's just not working in the Hebrew version.

How do I report this bug?
