Corrupt/ Damaged InDesign File

Hello! After an update from 2019 to 2020 InDesign, I have a file that will just simply crash InDesign when it is loading. I have sent the file to corrupt_indesign_docs@adobe.com and would love some help! Thank you.

Sorry to hear the trouble you are facing with InDesign. I tried to find your file with email address with which you are signed to the community, but couldn't find anything with that email address. Could you please send me a DM with your email address with which you have sent the file. I can check and get that prioritize.
