custom size doc

New Here ,
May 31, 2019 May 31, 2019

I need to create a huge doc, 1.3m x 1m! In Design do not allow that? I go to file, new document, preset custom, specify the size and get "the value must be between 0,0353 cm and 548,64 cm

Can anybody help?

Meters is not one of the units of measurement in InDesign but millimeters is. So to create your document make it 1300 millimeters by 1000 millimeters.

It refuse to accept 1300mm x 1000mm

The latest InDesign apparently can not go bigger than A1

LATEST

I checked those numbers using the latest InDesign and they work fine. I had no problem creating a document that size.

These are the limits in earlier versions, too.

548,64 cm / 5486,4 mm is almost 5,5 meters.

Your desired document page size 1,3 x 1 m / 130 x 100 cm / 1300 x 1000 mm is perfectly capable by InDesign of any version.

Recheck the numbers you're entering.
