Data Merge - applying one record with multiple fields to fill a 3 page layout of tables

I have a three page InDesign document filled with tables that when exported to PDF will become a printable survey questionnaire.  I have a .csv data merge file containing one record with 53 fields.  Each field represents a survey question that needs to be placed in a table.  When I populate the tables on page 1 with fields from the date merge file everything merges in fine.  When I populate the tables on pages 1 and 2 everything merges in fine.  When I populate the tables on pages 1, 2, and 3 the data merge file is not read correctly and acts as though I am working with two records instead of one.  The resulting "record 1" populates page 1 only, and "record 2" grabs the wrong fields and places them in the wrong location.  Any ideas as to why?  Am I reaching some limit on the number of pages or data merge fields allowed in a single record?

This has been resolved.  The problem was related to forced line breaks in the Data Merge file that have now been fixed.
