Export PDF with image caption as tooltip / roll over / hover text

How can I setup a template in InDesign, so that when I export the file to a PDF, a image caption is also shown as a 'tooltip-text', when i roll my mouse over that image?

I don't know about InDesign, but you can use the alternate text feature in Acrobat to achieve this.  I think it would be a manual process.  Maybe ask in the Acrobat Scripting forum?

Bear in mind it won't work for at least 80% of people, as they won't be using a capable viewer.
