I'm needing to find quotations from a particular auther we quote a lot in our magazine. I'm using the "Find and Replace" feature to look for the author's name. As I search, the Find feature gets to the last page of the magazine, so I assume it has found all instances of that name. I accidentally clicked "Find" again--only to be taken to an earlier page where another reference can be found! Here I thought I'd come to the end of all references. As I continue searching, several more references come up that had not been found on the first time through. Why doed Find not go sequentially through a document? Now, I have to go back through previous issues to do the search all over as the program doesn't go sequentially through the document! Is there a setting I
Unless all the references are in one Story (a set of threaded frames), I believe that if you're searching for Document, it starts with the first-created frame and searches in creation order.
