Grey buttons on right in hyperlink panel

In Hyperlink panel buttons on the right of the hyperlink are normally green but some are now grey why is that and can I fix it?

Hyperlinks have different destination types with different icons to show what type you have in document. A green circle indicates an active URL. There are a few grey icons: grey page icon is a page link, grey envelope icon is an email link, grey folder is a file link.

Is your grey icon one of the mentioned? If not, please provide screen capture of panel.
