Good afternoon all,
I'm looking for an app that will help me create and duplicate images to be pressed on T-shirts with a hot press machine? What would you all recommend?
Well, you don't have to. You can design T-Shirts with Adobe Illustrator.
But the gear you get — or the vendor(s) you use — are the best judge for determining what you need to do the job. If you want to print logos on T-Shirts, the back end of the process you use is going to determine all the steps you're going to take to get there. If you want a quality product, you're going to need more than a color inkjet printer and a pack of sticky-back to make it happen.
Good luck,
Randy

Is this a letterpress (relief) printing process?
A screenshot of the kind of image you want to reproduce would be helpful.

I'd recommend that you take a look at the products offered in trade magazines covering the industry.
You can find a few of them here: T-Biz Magazines. I especially recommend Screen Printing Magazine and Wearables. You can also read some of the business features and profiles and maybe contact some of the people from those articles. Since the trade press has already written about them, you can likely assume that they may be interested in talking with you about their successes in the trade.
Hope this helps,
Randy
