Hello, s

I am on Dell G3, Core i7, 16GB Ram, GTX 1070, Win10.

And before 14.0.1 there was a problem with indesign freezing when using the text tool (it freezed for a short time between 1-3 minutes).
Now I still have this issue with 14.0.1 sometimes, when I choose a font, it just freezes and this time it doesn't come back.
It freezes until I quit it manually. I had this 3 times now within the last 2 hours. Task manager says, its inactive.

Anyone else with this issue?

Hi Piontek ,

I cannot see the issue on my German InDesign CC 2019 14.0.1.209 on Windows 10.

Is something else running while this will happen? A browser with a plug-in perhaps that interferes with InDesign?

A 3rd party plug-in with InDesign? A font management tool perhaps?

Regards,
Uwe

Hello Uwe,

thanks for your questions. Unfortunately nothing what you asked
is the case on my Win 10 machine. No interfereing browser-plugin, no 3rd party plugin
and no font management tool.

This only happens sometimes.

Anyway, thanks.
