InDesign 2020 keeps crashing unexpectedly

It has been doing this since I installed the new version yesterday. Curious to find out why this happens.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing exact version of OS & InDesign? Does it crash while working on a specific file or performing a specific action?

Please try resetting preferences of InDesign and see if it helps.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
