Indesign - Acrobat : checkboxes checked automatically after signing

Hello

I have a problem with interactive objects created in Indesign in order to create a pdf form.

I've exported the form to pdf.

In my case, I have few checkboxes in the document, radio buttons, text fields, etc.

When I save the document, 2 situations :

1) I check some checkboxes and some not, fill text field, etc. Then I save. The document is saved. It's OK. I have all the fields and checkboxes as previously.

2) I check some checkboxes and some not, fill text field, etc. Then I sign the document (no certificat, but with my image name) and I save. The document is saved. All the checkboxes are checked and the document is read-only.

Why checkboxes are all checked ? Do you have an idea of the cause of this behavior ?
