InDesign pagination hyperlinks

Hello, I am trying to find out how to hyperlink to multiple web pages for different items in a catalog, using pagination, through InDesign. Is this possible without having to paste in each hyperlink separately as a new hyperlink in InDesign? I also do not want the hyperlink visible in the InDesign document, or pdf that will be made to upload to the web.
Any direction that can help will be appreciated!
