InDesign won't open, uninstall or update

Hello, 

I have been trying to open InDesign on my laptop all morning but when I click to open, nothing happens. I haven't used it in a couple of months, but use Photoshop and Premiere Rush pretty much every day and there have been no issues. It says InDesign can be updated, but when I click that it says that there is a conflict, to save the work and close the application. I tried to uninstall but the same conflict came up. I've tried a few things that the internet has suggested with no luck (I downloaded the Creative Cloud Uninstaller). Does anyone know how I could fix this, it is quite urgent.

Which OS version? How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have? Might be worth using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the applications, then download the latest version of the Creative Cloud app and reinstall the applications again. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?
Might be worth using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the applications, then download the latest version of the Creative Cloud app and reinstall the applications again.
