¿Es normal que por contratar el dia 30 de diciembre el plan mensual de Indesign, me vuelvan a cobrar el mismo importe a 7 de enero? Es decir, ¿no ha pasado ni dos semanas desde que contraté el plan y hay que pagarlo de nuevo? Estoy indignada, ya que pagar casi 80 euros por una aplicación que casi no he usado me parece abusivo, además que no me ofrecen ninguna solución a través del centro de ayuda ni me cogen el teléfóno de pago de atención al cliente.
