Review or %extensions.comments.panel.title panel?

It took me some time to find the new Review panel which I finally discovered under Window>Comments and which on my Mac isn’t called ‘Review’ but rather %extensions.comments.panel.title (and yes, it’s preceded by a %).

That can't be right. Anyone else with this problem?

seems you are not alone with this issue. See the comments on this bug report:
