Transparent Panel, How do it ?

Hi,

I want to know if it's possible to create a panel and make it 50% transparent, that means I could see which is in the back of the panel.

if it's possible can you please explain how do it or give me some hints that could help.

Certainly it is possible, since there is plugin from DTP Tools, called X-Ray that does exactly what you described. See http://dtptools.com/product.asp?id=xrin.However, that's all I know. I am not sure where to even start searching in SDK/Docs.
