Since the last update of InDesign I can´t open my indd files, what should I do?

Which version of InDesign and OS?
To reset preferences:
1) Close InDesign
2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
4) When a dialogue appears, asking you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.

Perhaps try uninstalling InDesign and reinstalling it again, if that doesn't work try the using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall the application: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
By the way, how much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have on your hard drive?

okay I will try, in all I have 245 GB and I have 186 GB left and in Ram 8 GB

8GB is not enough you need to upgrade your system to as least 16GB preferably more.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Does it happen while opening some specific files or all? Are you able to create new files & open them after save? Are these files saved on a network drive or local drive?
