What happened to the Applescript InDesign dictionary

I have accessed the InDesign 2020 applescript dictionary in the past (couple months ago) but now when I click on it, I just get a window that says, "Nothing to see here, move along"

Can someone please explain what might be happening and how to fix?

What OSX version are you using? From AppleScript Editor are you choosing File>Open Dictionary?
