P: Smart collection for Flagged images reverts setting upon change of criteria.

There is an extremely irritating BUG in Adobe Lightroom.

When creating a Smart Collection and you are setting the filter criteria option to PICK FLAG to REJECTED before I select IS/IS NOT

Reconstruction steps:

1. Select: Pick Flag

2. Select: REJECTED

3. Select: IS NOT

REJECTED value change back to default on step 3: FLAGGED

4. Select: REJECTED

5. SAVE

Note that this happens with any criterion that has a fixed set of enumerated values.  If you change the value, then change the comparison operator, the value changes back to the default value.  This happens with:

Pick Flag
Label Color
File Type
Flash State
Metadata Status
Treatment
Aspect Ratio
Bits Per Channel (doesn't appear to be an enumerated type, but the problem occurs)
Source Color Mode
