P: Keywording panel sorts keywords incorrectly, observing case

When Will Export or Keywords & Containing Keywords is selected in the Keywording panel, LR sorts the keywords case-sensitively, whereas it should sort ignoring case.

 

Tested in LR 13.0.1.


To reproduce:

 

1. Add these keywords to a photo: apples, Bananas, cats, Dogs

 

2. Observe the keywords are correctly ordered case-insensitively with Enter Keywords and in the Keyword List panel:

 

3. Observe the keywords are incorrectly ordered case-sensitively in Will Export and Keywords & Containing Keywords:

    I know that this bug has been there for years (and upvoted). 

     

    Make a  quess - Do I believe about Adobe will take any actions based on the customer hopes.

    You can't. Many people have asked for this. There's a very limited, fragile ability to stop the alphanumeric sorting of keywords in photos published to Adobe Stock, but not for exported photos in general. You could add your upvote and constructive opinion, including details about why you want the feature, to the existing feature request:
