P: Metadata Tooltip in Grid View only appears on first hover

Whenever I open the Library Grid View and hover over a photo with my mouse, a tooltip appears the metadata I selected. If I hover over another photo, there is no there is no tooltip. If I hover onver the original photo there is no tooltip. If I leave Grid View and comeback, the tooltip only appears for the first photo I select.  Tooltips in Loupe View work fine. I'm using LrC Release 13.1 macOS Sonoma 14.1.2. 

Any helap would be greatly appreciated.

I observe similar behavior: After a tooltip appears over a thumbnail in Grid view, no more tooltips will appear until I scroll Grid view at least a little.  See this screen recording:

Tested on LR 13.1 / Mac OS 14.1.

Over the years, there have been reports of flaky tooltips in other parts of the user interface on Mac, but this is the first report I recall seeing for thumbnail tooltips.

I confirmed these tooltips once again appear properly in my LR 13.5.
