I verified that these three instances now have reasonable translations in Polish, at least according to Google Translate.

i w innych tłumaczeniach dalej są te błędy.

Został tylko poprawione slpolszczenie "Use the Point Color Dropper to add samples"

Oh, now I understand what you meant in your original post:

There are two errors in all translations

1. "Show More Labels”

2. "Use the Point Color Dropper to add samples"

 in all translations these two phrases are in English"

I think Adobe made the same mistake I did, focusing on the subject line "(Polish)" rather than "all translations".

While LR 13.1 does provide the correct translations for "Show More Labels" and "Save" in the app's

TranslatedStrings_Lr_pl_PL.txt file (and all the other languages TranslatedStrings files), you've identified places in the app where it doesn't use those translations, using the hardcoded English labels instead. 

Using German, for example, here's "Show More Labels" in the Map module:

And "Save" in Customize Develop Panel:

Uwazam ze koniecznie trzeba poprawić te błędy

a szczegołnie ten "Wybieraj" a powinno być "Flaga"

gdyż prowadza uzytkownika w błąd.

drugim błedem jest

"Ankieta" powinno być "Przeglądaj"

a trzecim

"Poprzednie" a powninno być "Zastosuj z poprzedniego"

to powinno zostac jeszcze poprawion.
