P: RGB Info Numbers don't update when using mouse wheel to pan

I ran into a cericumstance where the RGB numbers displayed below the histogram in the develop module will not update to reflect the area below the cursor. If the cursor stays stationary, and you use the mouse scroll wheel to scrol the image beneath the cursor, the number does not update. To get an accurate reading, you have to move the mouse slightly to refesh the reading.

I am not able to replicate this. 

Mac 12.6.1 with Lightroom 12.1 

1.  Hold Spacebar down
2.  Observe numbers for RGB values below Histogram
3.  Move mouse wheel up and down
4.  Observe numbers for RGB update in real time
   
   Are you doing this differently than I outlined?

I can duplicate this on an Intel Mac 12.6.1 and LrC 12.1

As shown in attached movie

1.  Zoom to 100 percent

2. Move mouse cursor to sky

3. Use Magic Mouse to scroll photo to mountains leaving cursor stationary. RGB doesnt change

4. Move cursor a little. RGB changes

5.  Scroll photo back to sky leaving cursor stationary. RGB doesnt change

6. Move cursor a little. RGB changes

That's interesting, Rikk, because I'm seeing the same as the OP. Most of the time, there is no change in the RGB readout when moving the scroll wheel. Very occasionally there's an initial change when first moving the scroll wheel, but that invariable quickly stops and the readout doesn't change again while scrolling. Using the same MacOS and LrC version as you.

I just checked in both LR4 and LR5, and in both of them there is also no change in readout during the scroll, but when the wheel movement stops the readout updates.

I can replicate that, Bob. It seems to work correctly with the space bar down (Pan mode) and not when the space bar isn't used.
