P: Unable to export from collection

I just updated to version 14 of Lightroom Classic and now, when I try to export certain images from a collection, the export doesn't work.  I was also unable to edit those images in Photoshop.  It seems to be restricted to DNG files taken with my iPhone and doesn't occur with all DNGs.  I was able to export them using regular Lightroom going to Local and finding the files but not from LR Classic.  Anyone else have this problem?

Replying to not being able to export photos singularly or in groups. Is the fix you recommended for Apple computers or PC's

I tried [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ]. and it didnt work.

Tuve el mismo problema cuando instale el 14.0.1, solo hice lo que el Sr. Rikk comento: Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ] y listo ya funciona nuevamente!

Hi,

As recommanded by Lightroom on threads herelink  I'm posting here my issue that I have with the last update of Lightroom 14. I have added my raw in collection and then try to export them in jpeg as I always did with previous versions of the software but this time with the latest version Lightroom 14.0.1 the image exported full black only appear on it the signature, the export works perfectly when I do it in png but for some reason I have this bug with jpg export.

Ich habe die Version 14.01. am Macbook Pro (Baujahr 2021)  mit der aktuellesten OSX Version (15.1) installiert. Das Problem mit dem Export bestehet bei mir immer noch.

Replying to my own  post here

- disabled GPU export in the settings and was able to export JPEG again

- tried re-install of Adrenalin 24.10.1  for my 7900xt GPU, it did not change the failing behavior when using GPU for export

- installed new chipset driver, it did not change the failing behavior when using GPU export

to me at least it now looks like there is an issue with the new AMD driver Adrenalin 24.10.1  at least for my GPU in combination with Lightroom 14+

1. it is failing to export images with AI features applied in 14.1

2. if you update from 14.0 to 14.1 it is not consistently prompting to update/optimize the current catalogue

3. if the catalog is on c drive (default) the malware scan in windows remains stuck scanning it for unnecessarily long (my 50k image catalog 104gb was stuck being scanned by it for 27 hours)
4. lightroom also is using hundreds of MBps networking speed to do something from the point after it says it is done creating a new catalog (cloud sync is disabled)

all 4 of the above happen/started happening after updating to 14.1

i have
- downgraded from 14.1 to 14.01

-uninstalled, re-installed

-moved the catalog from c to d drive

-rebuilt catalogue

-lowered the preview size from 4k to 1440

the only consisten symtoms are

- export dialogue wont show

- lightroom is being extremely sluggish

- lightroom keeps using network speed whilst doing nothing

Same Problem, Cant export. I tried exporting to a catalog and then exporting from that catalog and it did not work for me. I will try again if you had success with it. This is extremly frustrating. Adobe please get it fixed. Version 14.0.1 did not work for everyone. (Windows 10 User)

I also upgraded to 14.01 from 13 and now I can't export a selected set of images. This is a very serious problem because I can't deliver my work to clients.
However, I have solved it in one way. Since my main catalog is very large, I thought it might depend on that (although in previous versions I never had any problems related to the weight of my catalog).
I exported as a catalog the selection of photos (about 1000) that I wanted to export. Opening the new catalog and exporting directly from there, the export function started right away.
Give it a try yourself and let me know if you can then at least continue to deliver your work.
I hope I have helped you out for the time being.

Photographer in the middle of busy season here, cant get images to my clients because lightroom will not export. Running on the updated MacOS and LR 14.0.1

lightroom continues to have more and more issues. From folders in catalougs going missing to this, it's a nightmare.
