Accessibility of Edwarian Script font in Lightroom CC

I installed this font on my Windows 7 Pro machine and when using the Text tool in PS CC, I am able to access this font. Not so in LRCC. I have tried everything and I am unable to access this font for use as a watermark through LRCC.  HELP PLEASE!!!

I'm able to access that font on my LR CC 2015-12, but under Windows 10. I know that I had missing fonts at the time and I wonder if they weren't TTF fonts.

Please state your version of LR. CC. Are you sure you updated to the latest version? (2015.12)
