Adobe Lightroom (6.0) start problem after moving to new computer

Lightroom 6.0 won't start after I moved the program to a new computer.

The program has been uninstalled on the old computer.

Moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11 both Intel platform.

The installation goes fine and ends with a login to my Adobe account, the login goes fine and is accepted, Then nothing more happens!

When I double-click on the Adobe Lightroom icon, Adobe Sign In Required pops up and I log in without any problems, but after logging in nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
