AI Denoise 13.5.1 in Lightroom not working

I was able to use the AI Denoise feature on several pics. Today, I have selected a group of 19 pictures to denoise. It doesn't complete the process with any of them. Did the same process with just one photo. I select a picture, click the denoise option, look at the before and after comparison, select "enhance", and wait. The little wheel spins, indicating the process is running, and after a minute or two, I get a grey screen saying "No photo selected". I've updated my preferences to see if that helped.

Use Graphics processor: Auto to Custom checking Use GPU for image processing.

Camera Raw Cache Settings Maximum size: 5.0 GM to 9.0 GN

I've purged the cache in both Camera Raw Cache Settings and Video Cache settings.

Gave Full Disk access to Lightroom. Restarted Lightroom.

Enable HDR in Library: Off to On.

Restarted My computer.

Nothing seems to help.

As a first step to narrow down the problem, select a problem raw and do Metadata > Save Metadata To File. Then upload the raw and its .xmp sidecar to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here. We can see if this is an issue with your computer in particular or occurs on other computers.

Not on a MAC, on a WINDOWS rig, I downloaded your sample, with the XMP, Imported it and ran AI Denoise without issue.

Thanks for that. Yet, it's not very helpful.

I was able to run Denoise on your image with my LR 13.5.1 / Mac OS 14.6.1.  This indicates that the issue is not with LR in general or the photo but rather something specific to your system. There have been a couple of other reports of graphics problems with LR on Apple Silicon machines and Mac OS 15, so I'm wondering if there's some kind of incompatibility between LR and Mac OS 15 graphics drivers.  You could roll back to Mac OS 14 (which Apple makes very painful) or wait until LR 14 arrives (most likely the next few days).
