When I go to use the AI Denoise function, the preview window just has a grey screen instead of showing the image with denoise applied. After I click enhance, Lightroom Classic says there has been an unknown error and denoise could not be applied. The next screen says that there has been a GPU error. I've successfully used the denoise feature once before (a few days ago), so not sure what could have changed to cause the problem. It appears to be similar to this post, but I do not have a Nvidia GPU.

Your GPU, Intel UHD Graphics 620, is now 7 years old, and likely not powerful enough to perform AI Denoise. I know you said it worked once, but if I were you I would have low expectations of this GPU, and you should strongly consider getting a more modern GPU.

Unfortunately, a new GPU is not an option for me without a whole new machine, as the GPU in my laptop isn't replaceable. If the GPU isn't not powerful enough to perform AI Denoise, any ideas as to why it was able to once before failing?

No. I'm surprised it worked once. But maybe its capabilities make it "borderline" for performing AI Denoise, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
