AI Denoise is not creating stacks

I selected 20-30 raw files and apply a batch enhancement. I did select the creat stack checkbox. However, once the enhancement is completed, none of the images have stacks in the develop module. I can see the enhanced .dng files in the directory. But they are not in LR somehow. If i hit denoise again - LR will create second .dng on disk, that also invisible in catalog. 

If I try to import that created .dng manualy, it shows as "half transparent" (like for other files that already imported) and its timpossible to import that .dng. I edited a lot of images before and it works well, so likely its not about disk permissions or gpu settings (I setted gpu auto, off, manual and get same result)

I have latests

lr 14.0.1

and mac os 15.0.1 (m1) but I found the same issue on rediit that was posted 1y ago

You look for photos in the Library Module, not in the Develop Module.

Expand all stacks. Try changing the sort order of your photos. Try turning off filters. Try looking in Lightroom Classic's "All Photographs".

From all of this, worked only looking in "All Photographs". I founded there unstacked .dng but when I tried to stack them manually, system said they are in different folders (they don't: I tried to move dng and raw files from "All Photographs" to folder where all photos, and system said they already exists). 

So "solution" for now: move this 2 files in a new folder, stack them manualy, move stack to folder with all photos.

This is not what I expected, when I tried batch denoise ai, but its better then was)))

If Lightroom says that they cannot be stacked because they are in different folders, while you see them in the same folder if you open that folder on disk, then that is almost certainly the infamous 'Capitalization Error'.

Basically, what happens is that you have two different folders, one called ‘XXXX’ (or a combination of upper- and lower cast) and the other one called ‘xxxx’. In other words, the names are the same, except for the capitalisation of at least one letter. Because MacOS and Windows are case-insensitive, your OS sees those two folders as one and the same folder and so it deals with this without you even being aware of it. You will only see one single folder in the Mac Finder or Windows Explorer!!! But Lightroom is case-sensitive, so Lightroom does see two different folders. Here's how to fix it:

Thanks a lot!, this is it. However, I still can't get: why I made half of the work without problems, and got this Capitalization Error, after batch processing of denoise ai. Based on your link I found solution, that looks easier for me and don't need external drive:

1. Close LR

2. Rename folder that have capitalization error via file browser

3. Open LR, update "both" folders location that now missing in catalogue and merge them when LR ask.

Nobody knows why the capitalization problem occurs. It seems it occurs more often when a new file is created, such as with Denoise or with 'Edit in Photoshop', but it is unclear why this happens.
