After opening my catalog today, after I upgraded to LRC 13, when I select a folder, all photos inside reset back to their RAW.
The last (top most) entry in the history of each photo now shows "Einstellungen Zurücksetzen"
(In English, I guess it's Reset Settings). No idea why my history is in German, but the rest of LRC is in English.
However, the real issue is, all my photos reset all develop settings.
I tried upgrading from LRC 12 to 13 again, with the same result.
I tried using a backup from 6 months ago, same result
I can select each photo and go back in history to get by edits back, but I have more than 60k photos, so this is no viable option.
Is there a way to go back in history on multiple photos in a batch process?
I can't just select multiple images and CTRL+Z as this will just deselect the photos.
Does anyone have an idea on how to get my edits back without manually selecting 60k images ?

The reset of your edits is strange behavior and so is the mixed languages. I would reset the LrC Preferences and then try the catalog upgrade again from your v12 catalog. Hold Alt and Shift while launching LrC (but not with a shortcut). I don't know of a way to step back in edit history in a batch process.

Sadly, it didn't help. Neither for the resetting nor the mixed languages. Thanks, however.

LR records history steps in the catalog using the current language set in Preferences > General > Language at the time the history step is added. If you then change the current language, LR won't translate the previous history steps.
This indicates you were previously running LR in German and the current language then got set to English.

Re all the photos getting reset: Did you use Auto Sync at some point? It's possible that you accidentally had all the photos selected when you enabled Auto Sync and then clicked Reset. (Given the subtle shades of grey used by LR, it's easy to miss that multiple photos are selected.)
You could try the very old ScrewAutoSync plugin by the late Rob Cole:
Download it from here:
https://github.com/DaveBurns/rc_ScrewAutoSync
It hasn't been maintained since 2015, but many of Cole's plugins continue to work. But be sure to make a backup of your catalog first, and test the backup before trying the plugin!!!

Well, thank you!
The mixed languages make sense now. Thanks.
I read about the plugin earlier but didn't find it, and also it was a very old post, so I didn't bother.
However, thanks to you, I tried it, and it kinda worked. Up until I reopened the catalog.
I am now unable to edit the images I tried the plugin on. They won't show up in the develop module. Also, my presets, history and snapshots show empty on these images. On all other images, everything seems to work just fine. So the plugin must have messed something up on these particular images. Too bad.
You would think something, that can mess up years of work so easily, would have a native, or at least any option to fix. Yes, there is the backup, but I must have messed this up a long time ago and didn't notice up until I got back to some old photos last week. And I can't just use a backup from a year ago, as lots has happened since then.
See now evil, hear no evil. Thanks adobe!

I recently upgraded to LRC 13, and now, when I select a folder, all the photos inside reset to their RAW state. The history entry for each photo is in German, showing "Einstellungen Zurücksetzen." How can I address this issue and retain my original develop settings?
