Any way to export camera profiles as LR preset to use with other camera files

Hello everyone,

As the title says, is there any way? For example if I want to apply my Fujifilm camera profile to my Sony camera, is there a way to have the camera profiles as presets so I can apply them to any camera files?

Many thanks.

No. A camera specific profile can not be applied to a different camera. It will simply not show up when you have selected an image from that different camera, so saving it in a preset (which can be done) would still not work. The preset would be unselectable (and in italics) when you have an image of that other camera selected.

It is possible to do this using Adobe's DNG profile editor app that can be downloaded from adobe's lab. This is not trivial to accomplish though.

There is another way to do this by generating a LUT in Adobe Photoshop using two images - one the raw file converted using the Adobe Default profile and the other using the Fuji camera profile - that you can turn into a creative camera profile but this is quite an advanced subject and not trivial either.
