Using Google or another search engine, search the Internet on "arquivo parece incompatível ou danificado"

Basically LrC is finding that the original RAW image is corrupt. Causes could be:

  • Bad transfer from memory card to computer
  • Damage to sector on hard drive
  • Damage to RAW file in camera (If this was the issue, then Import should have failed)

Some possible solutions

  • Move the RAW image to another folder on the hard drive, or another hard drive.
  • Replace the RAW image with a backup copy
  • Reimport from the memory card

Remember, many times when you think a program is showing the image as just fine, it is not showing the converted RAW but an embedded JPEG, so just because a file viewer shows it does not mean the RAW is fine.

Also, in your screen capture, you are attempting to export. When LrC exports, it needs access to the original, if the original is damaged you can receive that error.

A link or two, but in english:

https://www.technipages.com/lightroom-file-appears-to-be-unsupported-or-damaged

https://windowsreport.com/lightroom-file-appears-unsupported-damaged/

Also, note that the author had already imported, was in process of exporting, so not likely a LrC version vs camera support issue.

Replace the file with its backup, which hopefully is not corrupted. To do this, copy (not move) the backup into the folder where the original file was stored, overwriting the original

What is your Lightroom Classic version? What is the exact camera make and model?

If Lightroom Classic supports your camera, then chances are the files are corrupt. Carefully read the reply by @GoldingD  above. It has the full explanation.

Replace the photo with its backup, as I explained above.
