Auto key wording using file folder names

I haven't used Lightroom much, preferring to use another program to import, sort etc photographs. Can Lightroom use the folder names to create keywords? For example, if a file is the directory 2025/081725/zoo/green_heron , can Lightroom add those 4 terms automatically as keywords to the files in that folder? I have 25 years of photo files organized like this but not keyworded and am trying to find an easy solution to adding basic keywords.

Lightroom does not 'create' keywords. You enter them by typing them in. Maybe a plugin can do that.
