backup fails

Lightroom 11.2 fails to back up. The zipped file can't be opened and a 'not writable and cannot be opened' message appears.

WOuld you please list your computer type and OS?

Also, where are you storing your catalog and where are you or were you storing the back ups?

Please post a screenshot showing the exact messages. When Lightroom Classic makes a backup, it creates a zipped file, not opens one, so I am not sure what this means.
