Can the values for the preset filters be changed by the user?

I often use the "Polished Portrait" preset. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite meet my requirements. I would like to have the masks "Teeth" and "Eye Sclrea"/"Iris & Pupil" always at an amount of 60 (instead of 100). I sometimes do this several dozen times during post-processing, and I would like to be able to use the time spent on this for other things.

Change the settings to how you want them and then create a new preset of your own.
