Cant Publish to Flickr from Lightroom in CC Ver. 10

Tried multiple time to publish to Flickr with no luck. Get to the point where account is authorized in Flickr but am unable to Save any of the information in the Publisher Manager window. I receive this web address link from a window which opens up after I authorize the Flickr account info

Any suggestions?
