why can't i update lightroom classic?
When I try to update I get a message: Updates has been disabled for this machine. Please contact your administrator. I'm working on macOS Big Sur 11.3.1

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble while trying to update Lightroom Classic. Are you using a personal machine or a work computer?

If you're using a personal machine, try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool & then re-installing it to check if you're able to update Lightroom Classic. Have you tried rebooting? That often clears up this issue. Logging out then back into CC can work too.

Make sure you are indeed the admin of the log-in account.
