Catalina upgrade impact on Lightroom Classic

New Here ,
Oct 12, 2019 Oct 12, 2019

Screen Shot 2019-10-12 at 8.19.14 PM.pngWhen I opened Lightroom CC after updating to Catalina I was asked to provide access to Downloads and Dropbox folders.  I declined, and now can no longer open the Lightroom CC program.

Realizing the issue I accepted the access request for Photoshop and have no problems using Photoshop.

How can I gain access to the Lightroom CC program and my catalog again?

Need urgent help!

I don't have Catalina yet so this is a wild guess. Is your catalog in a dropbox folder or the "downloads" ? If so, move it and all the preview folders to a local drive.

Resolved this issue by uninstalling Lightroom CC and re-installing.  Happy Ending!
