Hi! Why is my LR CC catalogue still v13-3 when I have the latest LR CC version 14.5.1? Do I need to fix it and if so how? Running on Windows 10 Pro.

Hey, @Johan Rosén. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll help you figure this out.
It is totally normal for Lightroom Classic catalog names. When Lightroom Classic upgrades the catalog to work with a newer version of Lightroom Classic, it does not rename the entire catalog; it just appends a number like -3, or -3-2, or something similar.

You can rename the catalog you're working on by going to File > Rename Catalog.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

That's no longer the case. Catalog upgrades now retain the name of the catalog being upgraded, and on completion the upgraded catalog takes the place of the old catalog after the old catalog is archived into an "Old Lightroom Catalogs" sub-folder in the main catalog folder.

Ok. If the catalog name no longer changes according to LrC updated version, does that meen that my catalog "work-v13-3.lrcat" will remain the same unless I change it manually?

Yes, but that is why LrC now has a "Rename Catalog" option in the File Menu, which makes it very easy to do. When using that function it will change all the associated catalog files/folders at the same time, and it also includes an option to rename the catalog folder name as well.

That is the NAME of your catalog file, it does not always indicate the current version of LrC in the name. Please go to Help->System Info in LrC and see what version of LrC you are running. It willl look like this. I am running version 14.5.1

With the latest Lightroom classic updates there wasn't a catalog update necessary.
The latest catalog update was done with the change to version 13.3.
A look into my crystal ball shows that a update to Lightroom Classic 15 can be possible.
Perhaps the name will then be <Name of The Catalog>-v15.lrcat or so.

No, the LrC version 14.0 release required a catalog update. Which in fact was the update which introdued the new catalog naming scheme, and why the OP has a catalog name including v13.3 while running v14.5.1.
