J'utilise la version 13.4 de Lightroom actuellement en ligne avec un Macbook pro. Comment mettre en surbrillance la zone choisie pour être copié pour éventuellement la bouger si ça ne me convient pas.

Il me semble bien que tu veux faire une opération impossible à acheminer en Lightroom. Lightroom ne travaille pas avec des sélections comme Photoshop, ou on peut faire copie/coller d'éléments dans une autre couche.
