P: Crash when exporting a slideshow

Hi all I have recently had the most anger indusing issue ever with LRC .

When I try to export my slideshows some of them crash the entire programme. I am ripping my hair out here as I use slideshows daily for wedding images and have lost days trying to figure out the problem . Must have sent fifty crash reports to Adobe.

Please hlep me anyone

Hi everyone. So I fixed this by having a separate catalogue for each and every edit now. 

I have also updated my Mac to a hard drive. I had a computer shop install an ssd it is now so super swift. It's amazing. I think the apps we need just slow the whole thing down. Slideshows are easy now.

My Lightroom classic is doing the same thing. I need help asap the funeral is in two days. I've never had this issue prior. All updated, computer is, reset preferences, uninstall and reinstall and it still gives me the error message that lady has. Looks like a common problem and I should invest in something that works in the next 48 hours or I'm screwed.

I have this same problem. LR classic crashes when exporting slideshow to video. I have tryed several times unexpended ending as result. The "Reset procedure" did not help.

Rikk Flohr, after reading your response (June 14th, 2022) I have a slideshow crash while exporting 1080x1920p.  

Running LR Classic v11.4.1 (latest).  A few crash reports have been sent today.  I'm running latest version of OSMac Monterey (V12.5).

Greetings,

 

Updates to the Adobe Photography Products were released on June 13. The update contains a fix for this issue.  Please download and the latest version of your application via the Adobe Creative Cloud Application or your respective device app store.

If you do not see the update (Mac and Win) you can refresh your Creative Cloud App with the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ]. 

 

Note: App store availability can take several days for the update to appear and be available.

If you change from Italian to English, does it behave better.? That would be a bug.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?
