creating web site

in light room i have got as for as filling in layout style and in the Identity plate it asks for web or mail link the panel shows (index.html).

What do I type in this ?

Unless you want to go to a specific web address or email address when the identity plate is clicked on you web page than leave it as index.html.  This will just reload the page.
