dehaze function is not available

I installed a Trial Version of Lightroom cc classic. The current Version is 8.0. I would like to test the dehaze tool, I currently have a Lightroom 6 Version and thinking about an upgrade to CC classic. For what ever reason the dehaze tool is not available in the classic CC test Version.

Please advise

If you really have version 8.0 Lightroom Classic CC installed, it should be in the basic panel. The trial version is the full version, it just has a time limit.

I am running LR Classic 8.0 and the Dehaze slider is definitely available within the Basic Panel

Some tools got relocated back at version 7.5 (might have that number wrong). Dehaze for example is now in the basic panel.

It is also found in the Gradient filter, the Radial Filter, and the Adjustment brush. It works better within those brushes than it does globally.

If you are trying to test Dehaze on a photo that you already edited in an earlier version of LR.  make sure to change the Process Version to 5 (Current) in the Calibration Panel.  Earlier Process Versions did not include Dehaze.
