Denoise in LRC, Cycles NEF file, then goes blank w/ "No Photo Selected"

Hi Using the latest ver. of LRC on a new Studio Mac.

Scratch disk with just NEF files and when I go to use "DENOISE" in LRC it shows the preview, then I click "ENHANCE 1 IMAGE" the little circle rotates to indicate it's working and I then get a blank screen, that says "NO PHOTO FOUND"

1.  I know the photo is there, I've confirmed it in Finder. 

2.  LRC now says the file is enhanced when it's not... when I try and run it again.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
macOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
